Olivia Munn is one of the bravest celebrities out there. Her actions prove she is not afraid to be outspoken on sensitive topics, from confronting sexual misconduct in Hollywood to calling out the government's reckless endorsement of artificial water fluoridation.
Munn is also among the first celebrities to figure out that dietary fluoride can cause acne.
Why Olivia Munn Cut Fluoride from Her Diet
In June 2017, Coveteur magazine published an interview with Olivia Munn and asked her to share her best advice on skincare.
Her response must have surprised them:
Everybody has a different way to do skincare. For example, I’m really big on no fluoride. Fluoride is not good for you. And anybody who tells you it’s good for you (the government) is not telling the truth.
Munn went on to explain that Americans do not have less cavities than people who live in countries where the water is not fluoridated. Research shows that the rate of cavities decreased equally in fluoridated and non-fluoridated countries as improvements were made in dental hygiene and general nutrition.
How Cutting Fluoride Cleared Olivia Munn's Chin Acne
Like me and so many of my readers, Olivia Munn figured out that dietary fluoride was the root cause of her acne.
In her interview with Coveteur magazine, Munn asserts that fluoride is especially problematic for women who struggle with chin acne. When she deliberately stopped drinking fluoridated water in the summer of 2016, her chin acne went away and never came back.
Olivia Munn Warns About Fluoride and Acne on Twitter
Two weeks after the interview with Coveteur was published, Munn took to Twitter to reiterate her position on the toxicity of fluoride.
And unlike many of the commenters who dismissed her tweet as uninformed and unfounded, Munn did her research before forming an opinion.
I talk to a lot of acupuncturists, healers, and doctors. You can’t get enough knowledge when it comes to learning what’s right about something that has been talked about for so long.
That Olivia Munn is one wise woman!
